City Gate consists of three buildings that will be fully renovated in 2017.

The renewed wings will have elegant entrances surrounded by vital greenery as well as pleasant, peaceful spaces to sit and relax.
Outside the building, in City Gate’s intimate garden, our tenants will be able to work in an inspiring atmosphere using free Wi-Fi hotspots.

In July 2015 City Gate received the LEED Gold certificate in operations and maintenance. LEED is an internationally green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

There is an underground car park, plus bike storage facilities for cycle commuters. City Gate is a short walk from metro, bus, trolley and tram stops, therefore the transport junctions are quickly accessible by public transport. A Bubi bike-hire station is right next to the building.


The reception is staffed 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday with 24 hour security. Tenants have 24/7 access to the offices and car park.
